Backing Up Exchange

We are experiencing problems with backing up our Exchange server and I am not sure what the resolution is? Any Tips to error message below;

'NetWorker Savegroup: (alert) Exchange completed, 1 client(s) (mailserver Failed)

End time: Tue Jan 07 08:33:25 2003

I have tried this and it didn't resolve?

Hi!

Maby your nsrexch.bat file contain some incorrect path.

the nsrexch.bat should be in /nsr/bin on youre exchange box

I used the command nsrxchsv and I could back up the exchange information store.
