Backing up Exchange 5.5 Mialboxes

Hello

When I click on Microsoft Exchange mailboxes The server just sits there with an hour glass. Information store backs up ok.

Backup exec 8.50, exchange 5.5 sp3

any ideas would be great

Usually the "Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes" is used to backup individual mailboxes (as seperate files vs the entire IS as a single unit). Were you prompted for an admin account ID?? (I recall this option prompts for the account as well).? Sounds like BE is building the individual mailbox files...

How many users/mailboxes? How long does the hour glass stay?
