Backing Up a SX 200 IP

Can you help out an idiot and tell me how to back up an SX200 without using OpsMgr onot a laptop or?? Is this even possible

be sure you have programmed the ip address of your pc in the SYSTEM IP CONFIGURATION form FTP SERVER.No restart required. Then from MAINTENANCE from DATBASE perform BACKUP to FTP.

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!
