Backing Up a NAM Running ACD Software

to back up vm u would do what has always been done ...its not any different when there is a ACD involved
vm backup is still a backdooor option under F983
sekur files are still done under access programming
acd dat files are the programmed info files...so
agent.dat
group.dat
schedule.dat
ect,ect,ect
back up to floppy
