We have background noise on all calls between extensions and inbound/outbound calls. This background noise is present on all digital and IP hard/soft phones.
It would appear that the noise comes from the pbx. How do you solve this issue?
We are using a IP406v2 v3.1(56) not grounded with:
ANALOGUE POTS2 3.1 (56)
Digital DCP 8 3.1 (56)
4620 Digital handsets
5620 IP hard phones v2.3000
IP soft phones v3.1.15
SBC provided Analog lines (USA, Pasadena, CA)
Tx gain 1.0 DB
Rx gain 0.0 DB
Echo cancellation = 64 ms
Allow Direct Media Path = unchecked
