Background image not showing up upon upload 1

I've got this site that I'm working on, everything is working great - thanks to all of the help I get on this site, but everytime I FTP my site, some files are not getting uploaded. So I have to go in and do it by hand, one by one. Anyhow, one of the files is a background image that DOES NOT show up after it's posted remotely. Its called BG2.htm, is this a file naming violation? I'm just not sure what is going on. Here is the site:

You have a BG2.gif background image, which is working.(the soft green stripes at the top)

also you might want to put an enter behind your image. (or shift enter)

Thanks for the comments so far...although I am starting to think that my computer is haunted. The two little green stripes at the top are the only part of my background that is showing up, there is a lot more to the background than that. Not sure what is going on. And I have no idea why that animation is so screwed up. Any other ideas?

ah that looks a lot better

It looks like you compress to much from your animated gif.
(it does animate for me though)

Which program do you use for it?
Image ready from Photoshop is quite nice for making animated gifs.
