I have a customer with a Legend R6.0...It's been a while since I have worked on one. I am trying to program CO 813 to go to VM for users from outside to retrieve their messages...Does anyone know how to program this?

You need to assign the CO line to ring to a phantom UNUSED analog station as a private line with no phone attached. The station must then be covered to voice mail. Set the coverage forwarding on the Station to 1 ring.
In the Intuity, go to Auto attendant routing field and set the extension number in the first field to the DN of the phantom station, in the next field right type login and press f3 to save.
The Legend system talks to the Intuity in Mode Code and this will give you the user login prompt.

I believe you can also just assign the line number in the incoming routing field to login as long as you assign that line to the voicemail calling group on the legend. it saves the work around.

lvfcinc ... That's what ended up doing. Thanks guys for your help!

lvfcinc,
Thats a new one on me, didn't know you could assign the line number as incoming digits, learned one today. Printed and filed.
