back up on external disq

I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN I TRY A BACK UP ON EXTERNAL-DISK ON
MD110 2LIMS BC9:
FISBIIR=REL1; or rel2
<NOT-ACCEPTED
<MOUNT POINT FOR A SUBFILE SYSTEM
I thinks the directory path=/SYSN/SES/USR3 is always mounting =16,because on other system in my labo,usr3=16 beging the back-up, at the end ,is news valeur=0.
I TRY SFEXI; IDEM
for the moment I don t want make a RFEXI!!

reformat the external media and creat new subfile sys on it,
then do your buck up.
