I have a flash menu that the buttons slide in. When you click on one of the buttons it links off to an html page. When a user pushes the back button on their browser, the buttons slide in again, is there any way to stop this, when they go back it should just be the buttons in their final positions.

Thanks

Mike

I haven't checked this but I believe you can use an FScommand to "gotoAndSop()" to a specific frame of your movie.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!

I dont think so since when they click the back button on their browser it reloads the page and the flash file, How would I know if it was the first time they were loading the page or if they were using back from another page. I want the animation to play the when they first enter the site only.
