BABLD - CANNOT SEE ALL USERS IN MY ORGANIZATION

My organizations" is empty. The BABLD service is running, we can see other configurations but those users belong My organizations have disappeared. In additional we are not able to create new user because of a hanging app error "Hanging application EGC21.exe, version 2.1.58.13, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000." Event ID:1002

Have you an idea about what could be happening?

I guess you are running version 11.1 (Build ?)

based on what you wrote you may do the following:

# apply SP2 if not already done
# check virtual memory settings and increase if possible
# probably you have not enough physical ram and should upgrade
# be more specific when describing a problem so that people who are trying to help you have a clear picture of the problem /environment.
