My organizations" is empty. The BABLD service is running, we can see other configurations but those users belong My organizations have disappeared. In additional we are not able to create new user because of a hanging app error "Hanging application EGC21.exe, version 2.1.58.13, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000."
