BAB SAN crossplatform Windows and Linux problem

We have a cross-platform SAN environment. We have 5 Windows servers and one Linux Server (red Hat 4.3). We follow the user guide for the setup but the primary windows server can not connect to the primary linux server. The SANPEER.log contains the following

Any suggestion is welcome....

 
Start by shutting down ARCserve on the LINUX box and verify the Windows only installation is working fine with the library.

Then if there are still problems check the capeer.log on the Windows side that should be of more help.

Also check sanpeer.cfg and on each system ck edf.ini to make sure they are exactly the same.
 
Thank you for your answer. All Windows servers works fine alone. The linux server works fine alone. We can to setup the cross-platform environment. Do you have any other suggestion?
