Hi,
We have multiple B179 phones got unregistered after 30 Min. We noticed when the phone got unregistered the transport protocol changes from TCP to UDP, then we have to change the Protocol to TCP.
Is there any possibility to keep them registered or to set the register interval to Zero?

We are on Version 11, Latest FW on the phone.

are they going through a firewall or something that could be blocking certain ports?

Firewall in between?
They tend to close a TCP session after a certain time of no activity.
