I can dial and talk to other system using 1600 phone but I can't dial using B179

it show 503 service unavailable in monitor and the TO is 305@ip.ipo
the 305 extension is in other system, i supposed to have TO : 305@ip.othersys, right ?

have try change codec , change the shortcode using 3N"@ip.othersys"
have try dial from b179 using 305@ip.othersys

the incoming is working fine , the problem only in the outgoing call
any other suggestion perhaps ?

forgot to mention
b179 can talk internally and the other system is panasonic

You are overthinking it by looking at the SIP session data, it's more basic than that, like a shortcode/call routing/DMP issue. Look at it from that perspective and you will find the issue I reckon :)

its an ip trunk and i know no need to add @ip.other , tryin to thinking out of the box :D

shortcode : 3N dial 3N line:10
already check and uncheck DMP

its a shortcode problem ?

Your title says H323, but the discussion has centered around SIP. Call setup is very different between the two. Do you have SIP between the two sites, or H.323?

the trunk between site is H323 but b179 is SIP

Do a default monitor trace when making a call from the B179, that should say what's wrong. Might need one from the other end as well.
