We have a user with a brand new B179 conference phone with the extension mics. They claim when both mics are plugged in they get a horrible squeal on calls and if only one mic or no mics are plugged in they have a bad echo issue. Has anyone else run into this sort of thing? I see nothing mentioned at all in any tech references from AVAYA. BTW> firmware is 2.3.9
