Hi All,

I installed a b179 that belong to the client at my office for testing.
The phone registered and could make and receive calls.
I left for a few hours connected and when I came back the phone was not registered anymore.
I unplugged it and it turns on and I can login.
All the config are the same,I did a factory reset of the phone
Once it turns on it say registering, but does nothing more.
Has this happen to anybody else, because this is the first time I have encountered this issue.

Thank you in advance

Could be a number of things, but you might want to start with turning off provisioning. Double check that the SIP method it's using to connect (UDP/TCP/TLS) is properly configured on the IPO.

Had this happen before.

If you're using TLS, make sure it's the latest firmware. Otherwise you UDP/TCP.

You can also disable TLS on the B179 when you browse to it.
