B179 Conference Phone cannot make outside calls 1

I have 3 B179 SIP sets. All can make and receive internal calls. I can direct a DID to the Extension and receive outside calls, however, I cannot make a outside call from the sets. In monitor it shows waiting for line. Service is a PRI. All is good on all the other 1616 phones

Might be that the Line Group on the shortcode doesn't match the outgoing ID on the trunk?

You clearly have multiple things wrong, 3 up to now. Let's cut to the chase and have you post your config, will be much quicker
