[b]MICS 5.0 DESTROYED !![/b]

Hello All,

A customer's MICS 5.0 was destroyed by lightning,I have in a temporary cabinet and they are getting a BCM 450,does anyone no of a process to restore the basic programming and make adjustments ? MICS has 1 PRI.

The facts:

A VERY bad storm.

Destroyed Survived
MICS CABINET 5.0 SOFTWARE
NORTEL FLASH VMAIL 2.0 FIBER STATION MOD
POWER STRIP (2) ASM'S
(16) T7316 SETS & (1) M7324 15 T7316 SETS

This is Kabuki again I want to make it clear that the replacement MICS is up and running,can the programming be restored to the BCM450 in someway is the question.

You cant back up one to the other if they are two different systems or software releases.

Never worked on Norstar myself. However, if you have the replacement in place and have restored from a backup. You can use the Data Migration Manager to migrate to a BCM450

you cannot take a back up from a mics and restore it to any bcm.
