Hi,

This is the automatted attendant of a BCM 4.0 When the caller uses the alternate language and doesn't dial anything then the system says "Exiting the system. Good bye", but if it uses the primary language, the call is transfered to the operator.

Any ideas to fix it when the alternate language?

Thanks in advanced,

The only fix for this is to say in your alternate greeting
"for operator assistance, please press 0".
This is an old Nortel issue, where for them, if you press 9 for the alternate language that means you have a touch tone phone so why not press 0 for assistance...
Its been like this since first version of startalk.
