Hi There,

Can anyone tell me the formula to place in a control which will Count all the records in a report where the field value is greater than 0.

Thank you,

Tryst

Try in any group or report header or footer section:
[blue]=Sum(Abs([TheField]>0))[/blue]

Thanks for your help Duane, but I need to COUNT the number of records where the value is greater than one, not SUM the values.

Cheers,

Tryst

Did you try this before replying back? If you try it and it works but you don't understand why, try to break it down into smaller parts to see if it becomes clearer. If you still don't understand, then come back for an explanation.
