[b]CICS 6.1 Doorbox and AA[/b] 2

Viking doorbox works beauifully as line 4 in the system (CICS 6.1 Callpilot 100 2.1) when user pushes button on home system - appears and rings on all phones designated. Because there were times when the door was answered before the phone, AA picks up at three rings. It is sent to attendant phone and a message is created with front step outdorr noises, but I can't get the AA or the attendant phone to send a message "if door not answered, leave message at tone". Set up table 2 and message 5 with that text and enabled custom prompts, but nothing. Is there some special tweaking for a line used from the doorbox?

You could have it ring a hunt group, and then create a VM box for that hunt group (using the HG extension in the VM setup).

This, of course, is along the lines of thinking that you are now using an internal port as opposed to CO-4.
