The four CallPilot ports that I have set up as Access Channels are stuck in Remote Off Duty. I have tried disabling and enabling the TN's in the PBX, stopping and restarting the VSM service on Symposium and rebooting CallPilot several times. None of this has helped. The option to Stop the ports in CallPilot is not available.
I have Symposium 5.0 and CallPilot 4 and the PBX is Succession 4.5.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
