B-ARI Number needed

Does MD110 integrated DECT have a B-ARI number ?
Reason I'm asking is we'd like to have the BS370 repeater lock onto any base station on our system.
We have a SARI number but SARI doesn't work in this situation when using Base Station Manager.
PARI does work but means the BS370 repeater can only be set up to lock onto base stations attached to the ELU31 card with that particular PARI.
Only other option is to have the repeater in 'promiscuous' mode where it locks onto the dominant / strongest signal it can find.
When our signal is weak it tends to find other DECT networks in the neighbourhood and boost them instead of ours.
