Does any body know or can recommend an Active x or a component that creates a ACH format file?

ACH File, which is also regarded as a NACHA file is a formated text file based on the standards of NACHA (The Electronic Payments Association) in order to send payments using electronic means.
What I am looking for is a component that will create the file based on the standards and the information my software will be sending to it.
