Hello, recently I am trying to get a cloud-based IPO working off of AWS however I am hitting a brick wall and I was curious if someone on here could assist or maybe tell me how their experience was when they tried uploading this.

Heres what I've done so far.

Created the Instance (EC2) for the Server
Created (2) separate buckets (S3) and uploaded my OVA [Avaya IP Office V11.0(ABE_11_0_4300_3_OVF10.ova)and Avaya Aura System Manager Release 7.1x Amazon Web Services (AWS) OVA (SMGR-7.1.0.0.1125193-aws-50.ova)]
From here I tried exporting and importing the S3 to the EC2 instance via JSON Config and I was getting an error stating the following:
"StatusMessage": "ClientError: Disk validation failed [Unsupported OVA format]"

The OVA that I am importing is directly from Avaya downloads.
I have read that I should use the US West as a region vs. US East as it worked for some.

There are AMI image files available for creating IP Office in AWS. Just use those.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Ohh I didn't realize there were preconfigured AMIs on here.
That definitely helps! Thank you!
