AW0004 Failed to open file - on remote machine

Hi

AW0004 Failed to open file <C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr1.dat>

I know this has been discused with respect to local files, but I am getting this error message when the job backs up remote machine that have the ArcServe Agent installed.

It seems that the filters do not apply to remote machines!

Anyone have any experience of this?

When you right click on the client agent, there should be a filter option which is for that specific client agent. I believe that the global filter is for the local machine and remote machine not backed up through the clinet agent but not 100% sure on that.
