I have a AVPP with about 15 3616 handsets on a S8500 running CM 2.2.0. We are constantly experiencing poor speech quality on the 3616 handsets no matter where we are in the facility.
I've never worked on the AVPP system, so I need some help in trying to figure this out.
When logged into the AVPP, the software release is shown as:
Hardware Versions: 33/02
Factory Page: 230.007
Downloader: 230.157 (6306ac8a)
Table of Contents: 167.110 (3980a947)
Functional Code: 168.110 (6d825ceb)
File System: 169.110 (0b4d0d60)
When I check the Avaya website, the latest software I can download is v17x.037. I cant see how v17x.037 tie's in with the software version above, so I'm not sure if I'm running the latest release or not.
With the handset firmware, the latest I can download from the Avaya website is 96_056, but again when I look at the handsets I can't figure what release I'm on at the moment.
I also need to check/confirm appropiate QoS settings but I can't find any recommendations from Avaya for this, does anybody know if there is any config notes?
Cheers
