Avoiding Hang up messages

We have several users who have complained about the amount of 'hand ups' they receive on voicemail.

Is there any setting that will only record a message that last longer than a couple of settings and automatically delete any ones shorter. Hopefully deleting the many hang ups?????

in the VMSC is a setting for minimum length of message it is probably set to 0 so set it to 1 or 2 seconds
