The only way is to re-import a bitmap sequence outputed from the QT player or some video editing application. Be prepared for a very big zise movie...
Or you could get someone with Flash MX to output an embedded video .swf, and then simply load that .swf as an external movie in your Flash 5 main movie.

get a copy of Sorenson Squeeze. it will do the trick for you.
