Average Formulas

I'm using Crystal 9 with a csv files.

1. The user has requested "average number of enrollments by semester and year (year would include A06 and S06)

What are the problems you are running into?

My mind is just going blank. I don't even know where to start to get an average.

If I'm reading this correctly, you need to create a group for Year, one for Semester, one for Class, and one for Section. Then you can right-click on the Student_ID field (which I take to be a count of the enrollments) and create a Summary for any or all of the above groups. Change the Summary Type from Sum to Average and you should be good to go.
