Can anybody assist with a "Do not Disturb" type button on Avaya Workplace V3.38.1.10.

I am looking to exclude users from calls routed by a Coverage Path when they are not on rota but still need the phone for outgoing calls meaning I can't just ask them to log out of their Softphone.

Have you tried "send-calls"?

As stated, I would think having them enable send-calls and having a coverage path enabled would be one of the easiest things to do.

Or you could have them turn on call-forwarding as well to another user.
