Avaya Workplace setup on IPO Standard

So I'm trying to figure out how to get the Avaya Workplace working on a standard IP Office environment. I was told that this could be done and Server Edition isn't required. Does anyone have a step-by-step "cheatsheet " they'd be willing to share with me ? The installation guides aren't guiding me very well. Thanks.
