i am using Avaya 3645 wirless ip phones and cisco wireless controller 4400 and aironet 120 APs..these phones work properly when i am using a normal Thomson AP.Is there anything to be done on the avpp or phone for them to work with Cisco APs
Sounds like you should try to ping the avpp server from the AP. Polycom has a good reference source for the phone including error codes. They also have configuration guides for the APs.
