Avaya wireless 3645 IP phones

I am trying to connect Avaya 3645 wireless IP phones to our network. I keep getting the message on the phones No Net Found No WMM APs. I have tried every different setting that there is but I cannot get it to hook up to the access points. I am going to look at the programming of the access point to see if there is something I missed. Anyone have any help in this????

What kind of AP's are you using, are they compatible with IPO, are you using the AVPP, have you searched this site for any other similar issues..?

I've installed a few of these and everyone of them have been a battle with the IT guys to get them working, good luck

we are using Avaya access points. yes I have searched the site. no we are not using AVPP. you are right I think they are not going to work

what firmware is supposed to be running on the phones. per Avaya they are up to date. 117.058

That is the same firmware I got them connected on. Have you tried using using WEP instead of WPA?

i tried to do a site survey from the phone. it did 1 fine. I went back again to do another one and it just goes into waiting mode. I am now getting the message no net found no aps. it found them a bit ago.
