AVAYA vs MITEL

I'm a MITEL guy and I'd would like to know up to you what are the main differences between the two systems and why would you prefer AVAYA's

I haven't seen posts about it...

The question is not about "kind of fighting" and reading that each party believesz his machine is the best or else..

I just wan't to know what is innovating with AVAYA...

you intentions are good, no one will doubt that,
but every time one of these comparison posts occur, it becomes heated until the management removes it. Or someone divulges something about a future feature (known via a non-disclosure) and the manufacturer will ask that it be removed.

Try the search function (I found 10 threads containing Mitel), Mitel has been mentioned several times here, plus seach Avaya in the Mitel forums

Mitel better for VOIP becuase of there teleworker solution from my research


The avaya IP Office is more user friendly to program the software is great and user friendly and the handsets are all the same just bigger displays IP handsets and digital stations. Avaya uses a mmc like program while mitel is a web browser


From a customer point of view IP Office wins everytime



Heavy VOIP home workers then Mitel i haven't used the mitel system so i can't say for sure just research

If needed the IPO has some great conference capabilities out of the box. I do not know that much about the Mitel, so i will ask. What does it take on the Mitel for a 64 channel conference bridge?
