is there a way to auto import entries into a table or is manually entering each one the only way?

There is a programme called provision that can import tables like this (this is a licensed product and is not cheap , its usually used by implementation teams), unfortunately with ASA the VRT like holiday and service hours tables have to be manually inputted.

You can get creative with wildcards , what are you adding as wild cards may assist you in minimising entries.?
