Hello I am new to VM Pro and I am trying hard to accomplish a specific task. I want when someone calls the company's number to be navigated through a menu of numbers and when presses number 3 to be forwarded to an external cell phone number. If there is no answer from the receiver then I want the call to be forwarded to another external cell phone number and if again the is no answer to be forwarded to a last external cell phone number. If no answer received then I want the whole process to begin from start and try to forward the call to the first external cell phone number etc..

I tried something like that but it didn't work.

When the first receiver not responds the the call is being forwarded to the second receiver then if there no answer again the call is not being transferred to the third receiver.

Any suggestions?

Seems like it would be easier to just transfer the call to a Group with 3 members that are twinned to their mobile?

If it isn't trouble for you I would prefer to show me a print screen of how can I achieve what you propose.
 
sorry you are asking very basic questions, I suggest you read the help files in manager.

It‘s done directly in IP Office.

An option would be the whisper Page action in vmpro where that called has to accept the call by pressing 1. This avoids the call to be answered by the cell phone’s voicemail or an announcement that the user is not available.

But IP Office hunt groups are the best option as said before.
