Avaya voicemail pro services stop responding

I have one problem with my voicemail pro.
the service of voicemail after few hours of working well stop working and only restart if i go there and press restart (on the services)
i have everything ok, the licenses is valid the pc minimal request are respected, but the system doesn´t work well.
does anybody have a solution?
 
Do you have the firewall off or have run the avayafw.bat file, does sound like a licencing issue of some sort :)

I'm working with ip office 500 5.0(15) and Voicemail 5.0(23)
 
Run a VMdebug trace and sysmon trace and look at them when it happens :)

earlier i tried Procmon and didn´t find anything
 
On the VM server check this file c:\DbgOut.txt that is a log of VMPro stuff, anything revealing in there :)

On the Voicemail PC.
Check Power Options for the following:
Turn off Hard Disks: <Never>
System Standby: <Never>
Hybernate tab: Disable (uncheck) Hybernate

Also under Device Manager go to your Network Adaptor Properties. Under the Power Management Tab uncheck 'Allow Computer to turn off to save power.
 
Is this a new install??? have you checked the power options on PC?

i tried to install in 2 pc with vista and 1 with xp prof sp3 (where i'am working now) and i have always the same error.
 
You have not provided the results from the traces or indictaed what they revealed if anything. Do you have a clean pc not on the network without any company policies effecting it that you can connect directly to the system, if that works you know where to look :)

the pc had the windows vista and because it didn't work i format the pc and instal the XP pro sp3
about the trace i'm monitoring the pc at this moment
 
What vm licence/licences do you have? It must be something local as we have several sites on the same release and have never seen this :)

i find the problem.
i forgot to insert the voicemail pro license, and was because of that that the system didn't work and was running for abaut 40m.
