Dear Team,

The Settings has set in IP Office for Voicemail, also Servce working properlly, but voicemail not geting connected to the System,

i tried to do setup in anather machine with same settings, it workes properlly.

Please suggest to make live voicemail in Server 2016

Can you access the vmpro through the vmpro client

What do you mean by service working properly.
The voicemail is up
Or the IPO is up and working.

Use SSA and go to alarms and see what it says.
Use SSA and go to voicemail and see if it’s showing vmpro or NONE.

USE WEB MANGER and see if the services are all up and showing GREEN LED.

It sounds like the usual password issue that happens on a lot of upgrades except being able to use a different machine. I would check that.

Dear snowman50,

Thanks for the Reply

The Voicemail Pro Service is Working in the Services, application started.

Porblem is only in VM PRO Server, VMPRO is not finding the Server, at the same network if i change the PC for VMPRo its Working Properlly

Checked with Firewall / Antivirus Disabled,

Is the VM Pro service running on a Domain Controller? If so then I suspect that MS DNS service is using ports that the VM Pro wants, it grabs them if it starts before VM Pro.

You can test this by stopping DNS service, restart VM Pro then restart DNS service.
