I set up my k175 a few years ago and got the newer model the other day and before I set it up I figured I'd log out and log back in on my current. I've tried my extension, email address as username, tried the password I set under user tab for my extension. I tried password set in the Telephony tab and I tried the admin password in settings file. none are working. What do I need to use for username/password to log into the vantage software on the phone and where do I set it? Thanks

not sure what was going on I think it had something to do with V3 hardware. Got it working

My experience with Vantage phones has often been, once you've verified all the file paths are set correctly and the phone is requesting and getting those files, just leave it to soak for a day. Trying to go straight from start to app login rarely works reliably. Leaving the phone alone to do whatever its doing for a day seems to help a lot. They are definitely phones that should be setup on your own workbench rather than at the intended user's desk.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

yeah this one was asking for email address for login and not username. I did a factory reset and it asked for username which I put extension # and password in and it worked. Now have a few errors on it but it is working. Thanks
