I have Avaya IPO 11.1.2.4 build 18, Avaya Vantage K155 2.2.0.6 with Vantage Connect and Vantage Connect Expansion Module installed.
I have programmed buttons on user programming, but when the open expansion module connects, there is no data available.
on the head of the vantage phone, the number only appears without the name with the red circle, when I point the file sever with HTTPS IPO server IP address, the name with the number displays but this time the expansion connect disappears.
any idea on this ?
