I had Voicemail to email setup and working on a UCM V2 v11.1.2.2.0 build 20. The users received 1 email then this feature stopped working. The SMTP settings are correct and the 'Test Connection' is successful. Also the account used is a working account and emails can be sent from it successfully.
How can I download the logs and troubleshoot to find the cause of this issue?
