Avaya UCM V2 Voicemail Pro 11.1.2.2.0 build 8, voicemail to email stopped working 1

Good day,

I had Voicemail to email setup and working on a UCM V2 v11.1.2.2.0 build 20. The users received 1 email then this feature stopped working. The SMTP settings are correct and the 'Test Connection' is successful. Also the account used is a working account and emails can be sent from it successfully.

How can I download the logs and troubleshoot to find the cause of this issue?

use winscp and log into the UCM then go to opt/vmpro/logs and you should find the SMTP logs if you have logging checked on the client.

if there is a broken format email address in a User it might break service if somebody tries to use or the system checks it, then Mail server sends error and VMPro stops sending altogether. the SMTP logging chek cbox is in th eSMTP settings and you can pull logs from from the Web Control Logs Download Archive too. :D
