Avaya UC Module V2 2

We picked up a used IP 500 V2. We are mainly just going to reuse the IP phones as some replacements and spares. There is a UC Module V2 in the control unit that I don't have any use for. I never really used these because they seems to be unreliable. Maybe the V2 is different?? IDK.

I will probably just sell it on ebay or something but I need to make sure its working. Can someone please remind how to access it? Can I access it just by connecting a laptop to the LAN1 or LAN2 port.

if you are not worried about an existing config a straight install (not upgrade) of 11.1 should suffice

treat the unint as if it was a new module from Avaya & once installed go through the ignition process


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

I think I know the answer to this, but if I factory default the control unit it still does not factory default the UC? right? I am not worried about the existing config as this will be a new deployment for an existing customer who added an office.
