Does anyone know if the Avaya Support site is having a problem today? I have been trying to download 8.1(73) for over an hour and I keep getting a server error. I tried downloading VM Pro this morning and got the same error.

You can do this from the support site itself.
PLDS is stable and very quick.
9.0 can only be downloaded from PLDS so there is no other option anymore soon.
