Did the Preferred edition install and server can reach the internet. From SSA I can successfully ping from that route to the DNS Servers as well as the standard 8.8.8.8. The SSA shows the SSL/VPN in service but all of the data are 0's and the error continually is generated in SSA Error log.

Thanks.

Is this the SSL/VPN service that's created when on-boarding the IPO?

I ran into this recently. Make sure you have a DNS server IP address configured under System->DNS.

The SSL/VPN uses URL's, not numeric IP addresses.

Within a few minutes of entering this, you should see the service info in SSA populated.

Good luck.

Im way passed that. The voicemail server is using the same DNS and it reached the internet with no issues.

The IT girls says she is not blocking any traffic on this route. I will double check with her.

The voicemail server is not the IPOffice!
Configure the DNS on the IPOffice and try again.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

use system status to get the IPO to ping servers on the internet (google DNS servers on 8.8.8.8 are a good choice)

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

The DNS has been corrected oodles of times. I'm well aware that the server is not the IP Office. If you read my initial post, you'll see that I can ping everywhere with the IP Office......INCLUDING 8.8.8.8.

I went in through Web Manager and tried to load the On-boarding file a second time and I'm getting an error indicating that the file has expired, or something similar. I spoke with my pre-reg department and we are going to try to run the inventory/on-boarding process again to see if that clears it up.

HSM, the Avaya SSL/VPN does do that.
You can turn it on or off.
