Avaya sold off to Ring Central? 10

I read an article that mentioned that Avaya was discontinuing the IPO and will sell off to Ring Central.

Does anyone have any info if this is a rumor or fact?

It is GA now.
There are manual instruction for 11.1, and auto configuration coming in 11.2

Thanks for sending this, looks like hot off the presses as well. So customer needs to be upgrade to R11.1.2 if not already and they can provision it to their ACO tenant.
