@Westi, I agree but I am curious if enough of these customers are migrating to ACO and if it is profitable for RingCentral since they gave Avaya $500 Million for this agreement when it first happened.
I am curious if Ring will payout Avaya again to extend the partnership (that's why I was asking if/was there was a duration). If the Avaya/RingCentral agreement ends, is the partnership over and no more ACO? Would the SMB focus for Avaya go back to being on IP Office (hopefully)?
IMO, I think Avaya did this deal back then to get the cash and pay off more debt and hope RingCentral buys them outright eventually, but who knows what they are doing.
