Hi chaps,
Hope someone can give me a bit of a better idea of if this is possible and if it is what ports ect are needed.
Basically we have a customer that has just started using the softphone. They have people all over the world and find dial up VPNs a bit doddgy. They have asked the question of if they can basicaly stick the ip office on the internet and log in to soft phone by the public ip. using a fireall and nat ing address i beleive. Im sure this part is possible the only issue i have is that they have two different SIP trunks using both the LAN and WAN port. will this put there idea in the bin ?
Sorry if what iv put here just sounds like a load of hard to read crap. they didnt explain to me to well and my english is rubbish!!!
Cheers,
If only my girlfriend was as usefull as tek-tips
