Avaya Softphone Session Ended Issue

I found that when the User activates the function does not disturb the phone manager (4.2.31), automatically loses the record. Someone found the solution to this problem?

The users are part of a CCR group. Following logs:

Why are you using phone manager and softphone? The two are not meant to work together, also CCR agents on softphone....also not a good mix. You're on course for triple trouble here

When we started the support this client he already possessed this scenario, most believe it has some way to solve this problem.
