Avaya Softphone Not Connecting

Installed rel5.2 sp5 on WinXP 32-bit machine

Configured extension/password

Set Call Server Primary Server Address to one of the three CLANs that our 4621sw IP phones register

Try to login and client never connects

I can ping the CLAN IP address from the PC
The station has the following settings:
Page 1:
IP Softphone Y
IP Video Softphone N

Page 2:
Multimedia Mode: enhanced
Direct IP-IP Audio Connections: Y
IP Audio Hairpinning: Y

What am I missing?

Does the user get an error or does it sit there trying to reach a CLAN?

No error, it keeps trying to connect to the CLAN and then just times out and stops, returning to the base client. I am trying to find out if Windows firewall is blocking the connection.
