The Avaya Softphone License should enable the Avaya Communicator voice only, but even though those licenses are loaded on the system Manager does not allow to thick the Softphone user setting, do you know why?
I suppose because Avaya Softphone is no more supported on R10.x but I wonder why those licenses are still available by Avaya for new systems
